- 4-5oz bonéléss round stéaks
- 4 cups cookéd whité or brown ricé
- 2-13oz bags frozén microwavablé gréén béans, cookéd
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp péppér
- 4 microwavablé plastic containérs with lids, méal prép containér
- Tériyaki Saucé
DIRÉCTIONS:
- Préhéat grill to 450 dégréés and spray with nonstick grill spray.
- Séason stéaks on both sidés with garlic salt and péppér.
- Grill, basting with tériyaki saucé 4 minutés éach sidé....................
