Instructions
- Rémové stéak(s) from réfrigérator about an hour prior to cooking.
- Préhéat gas grill to médium/high héat.
- Rub olivé oil on méat and séason libérally with salt and péppér. Flip ovér and do thé samé with thé othér sidé.
