Spicy Bacon and Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells
Spicy peppers and bacon add a fun extra flavor to chicken Alfredo shells. This is an easy dinner that is ready in 30 minutes.
Ingredients
24 cooked large pasta shells
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
2 teaspoons minced garlic
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 - 4 ounce cans diced chilies
1 cup crumbled cooked bacon
2 cups Alfredo sauce (15 oz. jar)
2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
Instructions
1.Place the chicken, garlic, and cream cheese in a skillet over medium heat. Stir constantly until melted and creamy. Stir in the diced chilies and bacon and 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce.
